Location: the farmhouse is located at a 500 meters altitude, in a very quiet position.
Surrounded by the deep green of chest-nut and olive trees, it has beautiful sight on the Tuscany landscape and it offers to its guests this possibility of quietness in touch with nature in true oasis of peace.
Composition: the farmhouse receives its guests in three very cute apartments, with all comforts.
Apartments are well furnished in an old fashioned house, completely revisited in the respect of the traditional Tuscan architecture.

Small dogs are allowed. This structure is the place were the animals of the woods can find a secure hiding place.

La Vecchia Scala apartment

Description: La Vecchia Scala (old staircase) apartment has four beds and the possibility of a fifth.

Il Nocio apartment

Description: Il Nocio (walnut tree) apartment has four to six beds.

Il Camino apartment

Description: Il Camino (fireplace) apartment has two or four or even six beds.
This last and very characteristic apartment stands as an independent small villa.

Farm

Tuscan cooking: guests who may be interested can also attend lessons of Tuscan cooking.
Guests are weekly invited to a tipical Tuscan dinner proposed by the young owner.
Products: the farm offers to the guests a very good olive oil guaranteed pure (extravergine), squized with the ancient “cold” technique with original millstones, pure honey and Chianti wine of great quality.

Leisure time

Sport: the farmhouse has a swimming pool recently built and the possibility of beautiful walking tours with the CAI Organization, together with mountain bikes and horse riding.
You can play golf at play grounds in Ugolino in Grassina (Florence) and in Poppi (Arezzo).
Wine and food:
Barbecues are organized each Saturday in summer period in San Pancrazio.
Visits are possible to the best Chianti wine producers.
Fashion: the management can also supply the address of shopping sites in the most famous brand outlets such as Prada, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana and Fendi, most of them very near in the Valdarno zone.Art and nature: guests can easily reach the most interesting and famous towns and sites of Tuscany, such as Siena, Arezzo, Florence, Volterra, San Gimignano, Montalcino, Pienza, and of Umbria, such as Assisi and Trasimeno Lake.
You can relax at all the Spa like Chianciano, Sarteano, Rapolano, Montecatini, Bagno Vignoni and Sartonia.
