Farmhouse description

The farmhouse is situated on a Maremma hill, in a splendid panoramic position overlooking the ombrone river valley: sourrounded by nature and green hills, this is the ideal place to relax and escape from the stress and to spend a relaxing vacation. In a particularly peaceful position, the farmhouse is a family owned and managed big farm, mostly cultivated with vineyards and olives trees. You could also enjoy the taste of our natural products.
The farmhouse is composed of Casale "Le Tuie” and the smaller one “La Quercia”, which have been lately restored to maintain their original, typical, tuscan architectural features.
Campagnatico, the small medieval village, is about 5' far and if offers all kind of shops. Roselle is about 10' far, with all its famous Etruscan ruins. 15' far Grosseto, 25' Marina di Grosseto and the seaside, 35' Castiglione della Pescaia with open free beaches and pay-equipped beaches. 40' far from the famous Parco naturale dell’Uccellina and its beautiful and uncontaminated beaches.
The location of the farmhouse is also excellent if you wish to visit the most important cultural and artistic centres nearby in Tuscany, in Lazio and the sea is just 30 minutes away by car.

Casale Le Tuie

Casale Le Tuie, for 4 - 6 persons, with air conditioning (and heating), is composed, on the ground floor, by a dining room with a fireplace, equipped kitchen with oven, toilet with shower.
On the first floor: 2 double bedrooms and one or 2 single beds, toilet.
Rural tuscan art furniture. Possibility to add a bed for a baby. Possibility to add a bed. External barbecue.
More, a 7m x 14m wide swimming pool and a covered car park, will be at your full disposal. Equipped leisure private spots plus table tennis.

Casina La Quercia

Casina La Quercia, for 2 or 4 persons, with air conditioning (and heating), is composed by a dining room with small kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 2 toilets with shower.
External portico where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset at the horizon. Rural tuscan art furniture. Possibility to add a bed for a baby. Possibility to add a bed. External barbecue.
More, a 7m x 14m wide swimming pool and a covered car park, will be at your full disposal. Equipped leisure private spots plus table tennis.

EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
Our extra virgin olive oil is the result of organic farming on the cool dry slopes of the farmhouse in the Maremma, where the local micro-climate and the soil, vibrant oil, with a strong, elegant personality. The olives are harvested by hand end mechanics and pressed cold the same day. Can be used as a fresh additive to vegetable soups or spelt dishes, on succulent grilled meats, or as a way of turning a simple slice of bread into a tasty meal. WINE
The choice Sangiovese grapes of Maremma grow in the very heart of the hills which slope down into the Upper Ombrone Valley. In an ancient terroir grow vine species which impart to the wine the intense spicy flavour of this ancient land.Serve at room temperature, not less than 18°C.
