Location: the tourist centre is situated in the Parco Valdera, from where can be easily reached the most important cities of art in Tuscany like Florence, Pisa, Volterra, Siena and Lucca.
Not far from the holiday house there are also the Tyrrenian coast and the most known SPA and wellness centres.
The apartments have been built following the typology of the old country houses in Tuscany and the structure is completely immerged in a typical landscape with cypresses, the characteristic macchia mediterranea wood and pinewood.
Accommodation: you’ll be received in 9 comfortable apartments, built following the typology of the old country houses, with 2/6 places, independent entrances, little garden, external terrace.
They are completely furnished in arte povera style, with fireplace, kitchen, sat TV.
Close the pinewood there are 4 nice independent chalets with 5 places, each with private garden, external terrace.
Swimming pool: the holiday house has an exclusive swimming pool for adults and one for children. The swimming pool are open from May till half October.
The two pools have an internal night illumination and can be used from early morning till late in the evening.
The swimming pools are equipped with sun umbrellas, deck chairs.
Services: inside the property an area equipped for sports and a nice restaurant will make your holiday a pleasant holiday.
Restaurant: in the middle of the estate a nice restaurant/pizzeria and a small café.
It offers breakfast, meals and happenings with traditional Tuscan food. The restaurant has a large hall and on summer an external area facing on the swimming pool.
