The villa offers to the guests the possibility to stay in 4 different apartments as well as in one cottage and to use the common areas: the vast garden that is surrounding the farmhouse, the swimming pool and the parking area. Each apartment is self-sufficient and equipped with independent entrance, kitchen and bathroom.
Parking
The villa has a large parking area outside of the garden that offers space for up to 5 cars. Motor bikes can be parked inside of the gates.

Cottage

The independent cottage is composed of living room with kitchen corner, gallery, double room and bathroom.
The cottage can accommodate 4 persons: 2 in the double room and 2 in two single beds on the gallery.

Swimming pool

Villa in Castelfiorentino has a large pool of 12x6 m size at the guest’s disposal, of a depth that varies between 120 and 150 cm. This allows the use also for children and inexperienced swimmers. Around the pool you’ll find chairs, deck chairs, tables and anything that might cheer up the stay in the pool area.
