Location: the farmhouse, located in Castelfiorentino (Florence), is surrounded by the green of the typical Florentine hills, where a unique panorama stands out against a background of vineyards and olive groves. We are in the Chianti hills representing a landscape rich in history and tradition.
History: the cosy and comfortable residence, made out of an old hayloft dating back to 1800, was accurately renovated and completed in 2005, recovering its ancient splendour but always keeping the architectural characteristics of the old structure unchanged.Accommodation: now it consists in four completely independent flats, equipped with any comfort, where elegance and sobriety combine perfectly together.Environs: the farmhouse is located in a strategic position for excursions and visits to art towns, being at a distance of about 35 km from Florence, 40 km from Pisa, 30 km from Siena and 20 km from Volterra, San Gimignano and Monteriggioni.

The outside

The farmhouse is located on the ridge of a hill at an altitude of about 200 m on the sea level; the residence is surrounded by a large garden (about 2500 m2), made out of the already existing olive grove and complete with a swimming pool of about 60 m equipped with a large solarium and with any comfort.During your stay, tasting dinner in the garden of your own flat in hot summer nights, you will be delighted by the chirps of crickets and cicadas.

you will spend your stay in a Florentine residence surrounded by the quiet of the Tuscan countryside from which you can admire a fascinating panorama.
It consists in four large and well-lit flats of different dimensions, elegantly renovated with wooden ceilings, stone staircases and brick floors.
Each flat has a wonderful masonry kitchen fully equipped and in the simple but functional bathrooms you can admire the Vietri hand-painted wall tiles.

Corte 1 flat

CORTE 1 FLAT (4+2)
It is an independent flat of about 100 m2 on two floors. On the ground floor there is the living-room with double sofa bed and one fireplace, large masonry kitchen with dining area and one bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and one bathroom with shower.The flat includes the following: air-conditioning, alarm, safe, independent central heating, satellite television, washing machine, dishwashing machine, electric oven, gas cooker, refrigerator with freezer.

CORTE 2 FLAT (2+2)
From a large portico you can get to the one-roomed flat with mansard of about 45 m2. The flat is free of architectural features denying access to handicapped people and consists of a kitchenette with dining area, double bed sofa and bathroom with shower.From the living-room you get to the mansard with a double bedroom.
