Property description

The property is situated in the centre of Val d’Elsa near Certaldo and only a few kilometres away from San Gimignano.

The geographical location of our premises makes it easy to reach the main cultural destinations in Tuscany such as Florence, Siena, Volterra, Pisa, Lucca and other less famous ones which are by no means less interesting for their historic heritage, their landscapes and gastronomic traditions.

In the proximity, it is also possible to find the following facilities: tennis courts, a swimming pool, stables, a golf course, hiking tracks, mountain bike rentals, shopping facilities, excursions, the tasting of wine and other typical products, visit wine cellars and castles.

We have three small apartments which are very warm and cosy and also well-furnished in order to give a welcoming atmosphere. In the garden, which is completely fenced, there are some restricted parts devoted to our guests’ moments of relaxation as well as an area in common serving as a solarium for all the guests.

Leonardo Apartment

The apartment is on the first floor (can sleep up to 3 people) and is made up of: a double bedroom, a kitchen/living room with sofa bed, a bathroom with bath and a terrace enjoying lovely views with garden furniture.

Michelangelo Apartment

The apartment (can sleep up to 3 people) is made up of: a large room with double bed, a dining area with fire place and sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom with bath and a private outdoor area with garden furniture.

Giotto Apartment

Small apartment (can sleep 2 people) made up of: double bedroom, kitchenette, large bathroom with bath and private outdoor area with garden furniture.

Galileo Apartment

This apartment-placed on the raised plan of the holiday house – it’s a 40 square meters flat with independent entrance and has a lovely panoramic veranda with sight on Certaldo Village and its surrounding hills.
The apartment can accommodate up to 3 persons. It is composed of: a very well equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with the possibility of 3rd bed, a bath with double washbasin and Jacuzzi bath, a disengagement with a two seats sofa.
