New apartments and completely restructured on February 2005, located ONLY 200 mt from Santa Maria Novella Train station, 100 mt from Fortress Da Basso and 150 mt from the Conference Centre, within walking distance from the Duomo and from most important and popular Museums and Monuments.Check-in and check-out MUST be made at the nearby Hotel reception.
The Apartments/Studio are all OPEN SPACE and fully equipped with kitchenette, refrigerator and wash plates-machine, Tv Colour with digital decoder, Toaster, Air conditioning w/self control panel, private bathroom w/shower, Air-dryer, self catering ONLY available.
1 double Sofa bed and single beds upon request fit up to 5 persons, suitable for family with up to 3 children’s.Full prepayment of stay and caution deposit of Eur 50,00 must giving on time of check-in, the reimbursement of the deposit is subordinated to the conditions of release of the apartment, the caused damages will be withholdings from the deposit and in case of greater value an extra charge will be demanded on credit card.
After arrival no cancellation and/or modify are accepted, penalty full amount paid, Cancellation and/or modify are accepted until 14 days before arrival date, within 14 days prior arrival date penalty as 50% of the total amount of the lenght of stay booked is charged on credit card.Car Parking available below of the Hotel’s garage, only for 20 EUR per day (Reservation is suggested to assure availability at your arrival).
Availability for buffet breakfast, served at Hotel from 7.30 to 11am, EUR 7,00 per person unlimited food and drinks.
