Location: the structure, both holiday house and bed and breakfast, is conveniently situated just off the main SS222 ‘Chiantigiana’ wine route that links Florence and Siena, between the towns of Greve in Chianti and Panzano.
The country house-bed and breakfast offers guests the chance to completely relax in an cosy and tranquil atmosphere, while being a perfect base for exploring the Chianti countryside.
Description: the bed and breakfast offers hospitality in rooms in the main farmhouse as well as in apartments in the old barn across the courtyard.
Hand-made terracotta floor tiles and chestnut wood beam ceilings, typical of Tuscan country house architecture, have been carefully restored to their former glory throughout the entire structure.
Accommodation: the holiday house-bed and breakfast offers hospitality in both rooms and apartments.
Services: the rooms and apartments are all fully air-conditioned and the reception is staffed throughout the day and evening.
The structure is surrounded by beautiful terraced gardens that lead to the swimming pool (14 x 7mt.) where guests can relax and enjoy the panoramic view over the neighbouring valley. There are also a play area for children and a ping pong table in the gardens.

Common spaces

Description: our guests are welcome to take breakfast on the main terrace. There is also the possibility to have an evening meal, and this can also be served outside.

Apartments and rooms

Apartments: located in the newly restored hay loft are 4 apartments, each accommodating up to 4 people in one double bedroom, living room with double sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom.
The bathrooms are beautifully finished and decorated with hand-painted ceramic tiles and have a shower, hydro-massage tub and hairdryer.
Services: there are open fire-places in the living rooms and the kitchens are all fully equipped. Satellite TV with VCR, air conditioning and heating are standard. Outside each apartment is an area with a table and chairs for dining outside.
For the apartments breakfast is not included in the price.
Rooms: in the main building there are a total of 9 bedrooms (7 doubles, 1 triple and 1 single) all with en-suite bathroom.
Each room is decorated in an individual style, with colourful fabrics and bed coverings and period furniture, giving an feel of harmony and luxury.
From the windows of every room guests have a splendid view over the unique scenery of the Chianti countryside.Services: in order to offer our guests maximum comfort, all of the rooms are all equipped with storm windows and sound proofing, air conditioning, heating, satellite television, VCR, mini refrigerator/bar and telephone.
The en-suite bathrooms, with shower, are beautifully decorated with hand painted ceramic tiles and a hairdryer is provided.
For the rooms breakfast is included in the price.
