Gardenia apartment

Location: the apartment is situated in a residential zone just outside the historic city center (4km) but plunged in the green one of the Lucca countryside.
Description: the apartment has a surface of about 75 sqm and it provides with everything for the comfort of our guests.
The apartment is on the second floor of a typical rural palace, very bright and spacious near the river park.
Composition: the living room is very large, with a table for 6 persons and television set, annexed to this there is a small kitchen provided of oven, electric stove and refrigerator.
There are 4 (+1) sleeping beds with a very nice and comfortable double bedroom and a smaller bedroom with tow single beds (and the possibility of adding an extra one).
The bathroom is comfortable, with bath and shower. The heating is autonomous.
The apartment is easily reachable from the highway and with the public transportation from the city centre or from the railroad station.

There are 4 sleeping beds with a very nice and comfortable double bedroom and a and a very nice living room with a sofabed for two. The bathroom is comfortable, with bath, shower and washing machine. The heating is autonomous.
The apartment is easily reachable from the highway and with the public transportation from the city centre or from the railroad station.
