The farm is a beautiful farm estate built in 1830, located among the spectacular hills of Tuscan Maremma, 14 km away from Grosseto and 24 km from the sea. It's the perfect place to rest and relax but, at the same time, there is plenty to explore, such as the Etruscan ruins of Roselle, the Natural Park of "Uccellina", Grosseto, with its town centre full with shops and boutiques.Nearby are the beautiful beaches of the Maremma coast that are fringed with pinewoods that provide a natural and refreshing shade from the beach. From here you can also easily reach the historical cities of Siena, Florence, Pisa and for a day trip the wonderful city of Rome. The agriturismo is the ideal vacation choice for anyone in search of nature and the tranquillity of the countryside. We offer a relaxing atmosphere in an uncontaminated nature, in contact with flavours, colours and sounds of our land.The ideal place to appreciate the marvellous coasts of Maremma and the ancient Etruscan necropoli. Our apartments are cosy and decorated in the typical Tuscan countryside manner and can host a total of 16 guests. The garden is very large and furnished with comfortable garden chairs. There are plenty of spots to sit and relax. The swimming pool set into the ample garden, is perfect for relaxing sun bathing and cooling off during the hot summers.The old farmhouse has been divided into three apartments, each with its own independent entrance and heating. Everything there has been refurbished taking into account the old traditional farmhouse structure and using similar stones, with attention to detail. The apartments feature original red tile floors and wooden beam ceilings that give the place a unique look.
The farmhouses have been renovated with respect for their origins and history. The farm estate is open year round and each independent apartment is fully furnished and equipped for cooking providing the perfect solution for self-catering holidays in Tuscany.

Apartments Sorbo, Tiglio, Pero

The old farmhouse has been divided into three apartments, each with its own independent entrance and heating. The entire farmhouse sleeps a maximum of 16 guests.
The three mini-apartments - Sorbo, Pero and Tiglio - each have kitchen and bathroom facilities, bedrooms and a very large living room area on the ground floor. There is also a room for trouser pressing and ironing. The bright bedrooms have beautiful wooden beam ceilings and large windows overlooking the countryside and thus creating a beautiful view.
Our bathrooms are spacious and the kitchens have a special 'country house' look to them while being equipped with modern appliances. The living rooms are very large and feature terracotta tiles on the floor, wooden furniture and beautiful fireplaces which help create a cosy and peaceful atmosphere. The colours of our decor are light pastels which are pleasing to the eye. Apartment Il Sorbo: It can accommodate 4 people and is located at the ground floor of the farmhouse. It has a comfortable dining room with kitchen, open fireplace, satellite TV. A corridor leads you to the two double bedrooms, and to the bathroom with a shower. Sleeping arrangements: 4 people in 2 bedrooms.Apartment Il Tiglio:comfortably accommodates 5 people, and is located at the first floor. A stone staircase leads you to this apartment. It is composed of a dining room with kitchen, satellite TV, a room with double bed and one single bed (1.90 m), and a second bedroom with two twin beds. Sleeping arrangements: 5 people in 2 bedrooms.Apartment Il Pero: Sleeps 7 people, and is located at the first floor of the farmhouse. There are two bathrooms, a main bathroom with shower and a ensuite bathroom without shower inside one of the rooms. An external staircase leads you to a large panoramic terrace of about 30 sq.m. which is furnished with garden furniture. From there you enter the apartment's living room which has a fireplace, dining area and a built-in kitchen. The apartment has satellite TV. There are two double bedrooms one with ensuite bathroom, a bedroom with 3 beds, and the second bathroom with shower. Sleeping arrangements: 7 people in 3 bedrooms.
The flats Il Pero and Il Tiglio can become one big flat in case they should be rented by two families of friends.

Apartements Quercia, Olivo, Lavanda, Melograno

Nearby the main Farm house, there is another little building, which has been recently renovated and divided into 4 mini-apartments: La Quercia, L'Olivo, La Lavanda e Il Melograno (all situated at the ground floor).
Each one can sleep 2+1 people, and it's composed by: a living room with kitchen and Sat-Tv, a double bedroom with the possibility of an extra single bed for a child, a bathroom with shower.
The apartments have a portico with table and chairs. Sleeping arrangement for each apartment: 2+1 people in 1 bedroom.
