Farmhouse description
In keeping with its eco-friendly approach Monticello Amiata 506 is committed to organic farming. The main guesthouse and Saint Stefano's Lodge, restored in a simple and comfortable style, can sleep up to twenty people.
The swimming pool is open from March to October, and measures twelve by six meters. The depth varies from 60 cm to three meters. The pool is furnished with deck chairs, arm chairs and umbrellas.
A multifunctional conference room is available for seminars and events. The swimming pool blends perfectly into the landscape and constantly entices one to take a cool dip or merely relax poolside. Monticello is ideal for families or groups and for any kind of course or seminar, and is also perfect for those who want to explore and enjoy the Maremma region of Tuscany.
Taking Monticello as a point of departure, lovers of trekking, walking, horseback riding and mountain biking can take advantage of extensive and well signposted trails. There is a tennis court two kilometers away, and garden has a volleyball net and a pingpong table.

A large multifunctional conference room with wooden floors, loft with 28 tatami and bathroom. Tables, chairs and cushions are available for seminars.
Slide projector, television, VCR, DVD player and hifi sound system make up the technical equipment of the space.
It is possible to conduct outdoor events or courses by using the porch and the large sundeck.
