Location: in the heart of Maremma Toscana, in the old Etruscan Kingdom, just minutes from the sea of Talamone, the Residence has finally become a reality, built in 2006.
Description: the residence consists of 32 apartments of various sizes complete with every comfort.
Services: the swimming pool is open from 01 May to 30 September, with sun beds and umbrellas by the pool, free of charge. Also free is the large private car park, located a few meters from the Residence.
Barbecue and garden are available for those who wish to enjoy their meal outdoors in the garden with tables and chairs.
For those wishing to visit Talamone and its beautiful surroundings by bicycle, the Residence offers the possibility to rent bicycles: Euro 4.00 for half a day and Euro 6.00 for a day.
We provide laundry service (washing and ironing).
Activities: for your first dive, an experienced instructor (ABC SUB Talamone Diving Center) will introduce you to the magnificent aquatic world in our pool. Wear the mask, the cylinders and start your journey in the element most fascinating natural world.
You will have about an hour to spend for your first experience and get acquainted with the water and its environment. After this test you have the opportunity to continue with several dive courses on the coast of Costa d’Argento.
Maremma cruises: y ou can visit these beautiful islands by booking directly at the Reception. The services included are: transportation to / return by bus, crossing cruise, guide, entrance fees, lunch on board.
Beach with payment on the spot: the residence is only 2 km from the beach offering special rates in the locality of OSA. The long beach of fine sand that runs from the Fonteblanda Giannella is equipped with bathing establishments, alternated with long stretches of open beach and sheltered by a cool pine forest. 3 km away lies the village of Talamone, reachable by car or bicycle, bathed by a crystalline sea and that offers rocks with beautiful backdrops.
Environs: at the Reception, guests will find all information to visit the coast of Maremma Toscana and surrounding areas, featuring historic villages and natural scenery, will also find an updated program of events and ideas related to culture, nature, wellness, sport, sea, food and wine that our beloved Maremma Toscana offers.
The Residence is the ideal choice for those who want to stay in the peaceful countryside but within easy walking distance from the sea of Talamone, near the village of Fonteblanda where you can find ATMs, pharmacies, grocery stores, hairdressers, clothing stores, bars, pubs , restaurants and pizzerias, bazaars, newsstand and tobacconist.
