The farm is located in country in an isolated and panoramic place. The farm consists of a farm cottage and a stable completely restored retaining typical features and original materials of rural constructions.
In the meadow near the apartments there are a beautiful swimming pool (12m x 6m) and children's games.
The farmhouse is divided in three apartments (Cicala, Formica, Grillo), completely independent and with separate entrances, while the stable (Stalla) is a single big apartment.

Cicala apartment

Sleeps 4+2.
The apartment consists of:

kitchen with oven

lounge with table and double bed

1 double bedroom

1 twin bedroom

bathroom with shower.
Is furnished to a high standard and comfort, each with large outdoor eating area and satellite TV, barbecue, washing machine, iron, ironing-board, Hi-Fi.

Formica apartment

Sleeps 4+2.
The apartment consists of:

kitchen with oven

lounge with table and double bed

1 double bedroom

1 twin bedroom

bathroom with shower.

Grillo apartment

Is a little apartment and consists of:

Has outdoor eating area. It can be eventually connected with other apartments for big groups.

Stalla apartment

Sleeps 6+2.
It is a beautiful apartments and consists of:

lounge with fireplace and double bed settee

2 bathroom with shower

terrace with panoramic view.
There is the washing machine, iron, Hi-Fi, satellite TV, and outdoor eating area with barbecue.

Activities

Here you can choose between two way of spending your holiday: to stay relaxed in the peace of the country or do a lot of activities as trekking (Garfagnana Trekking passes near the farm), mountain bike, that are available in the farm, excursions in mountain, tours to caves or natural parks.
In the farm there are: mountain bike, volleyball, bowls, swimming pool, children's games.
The farm cultivates natural products (spelt, tomatoes, potatoes, lettuce, onions...) that the guests can pick from the vegetable garden, near the apartments, and so taste the true and ancient flavours.
During the week the guests can book a dinner with local products cooked in wood-burning oven and good Tuscan wine, at special price.
