This lovely apartment is in a residence of an ancient fourteenth century family and is located in Florence near the Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi Gallery, Palazzo Pitti, Boboli Gardens and Santo Spirito, in a quiet area in the city centre, in the heart of one of the traditional Florentine quarters rich in handicraft shops, antique shops and typical restaurants, an excellent starting point to visit the city but also to breathe the Renaissance atmosphere. The apartment has been recently restored and particular attention has been paid to architectural details and ancient furniture.
This is a beautifully restored apartment of 85 square metres situated on the first floor.
It has a hall, a sitting and dining room provided with a kitchenette opening on a small courtyard, a little laundry with a washing machine, a little lounge with a really comfortable and easy to use double sofa bed, a bedroom and a bathroom with a tub. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with a bathroom with shower, a wall closet and a large storage room. The furniture is antique with some extremely beautiful pieces.
