Farmhouse description
The villa is located at the centre of a 3 hectare centuries-old park, and in the farm have been made several apartments, a swimming pool and a tennis court. We produce wine, olive oil and cereals.The farm resort is located at the feet of the Montalbano hill, more exactly in the area that was formerly called Il Barco Reale: this once was a broad Medicean hunting preserve, and up till now there are three nice Medicean villas.The swimming pool is 15 metres long and 7,5 metres large, with a depth that vary from 1,2 to 2,4 metres. The 9 apartments are simply furnished with good taste, with ancient furniture.Mansard roofs with exposed ceiling beams. All the apartments are provided with microwave oven and TV set.

Second floor: Dining room, kitchen area, mezzanines, spacious bedroom with 2 single beds and access to terrace, shower/WC, spacious terrace, barbeque.
APARTMENT 5 (sleeps 6+1): First floor: Spacious living/dining room, kitchen area, 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 matrimonial), shower/WC. Second floor: bedroom with 3 single beds in mezzanine over living room, shower/WC.
APARTMENT 6 (Sleeps 4): Entrance hall, living/dining room, fireplace, small kitchen, washing machine, access to glassed-in veranda and terrace, barbeque, 2 double bedrooms (1 adaptable as matrimonial), shower/WC.APARTMENT 7 (Sleeps 4):First floor: Small entrance hall, double bedroom, spiral staircase leading to second floor. Second floor: living/dining room, kitchen area, terrace, attic with bed on mezzanine, shower/WC. Additional bedroom with shower/WC with supplement.
