The villa is a typical Tuscany Casa Colonica or county house set in half an acre of green grounds, sleeps two guests and is perfect for those seeking private exclusive accommodation close to Florence.

We had an absolutely marvellous time in Italy and staying at your villa was fantastic. It was great to have such a well positioned base from which to explore the country. Our favourite local spot was Greve and a visit to the fabulous butcher there and the historic township of Castellina.
We journeyed to Venice, Bolzano and Lake Como during the second week and spent the weeks either side going to the Cinque Terre and Siena and driving through the Chianti Hills.
The villa was extremely comfortable and beautifully appointed. My husband and I had some wonderful dinners at Paolo's, which was so convenient.

Recently rennovated (2004) the villa has terracotta tile floors with rugs, furnished with white cotton furniture and the internal areas (65 m²) are divided over two floors. Ground Floor
Main large reception room with a table and three chairs, a side table with cordless telephone and a separate Internet connection.
The living room has large doors that open onto the sunny courtyard and garden. There is a comfortable designer sofa and two armchairs, one of which converts into a single bed. Flat screen satellite TV, radio and CD player.The fully equipped separate kitchen features white and stainless steel finishes with granite bench tops, a gas oven and cooktop, dishwasher and a washing machine. Double doors open onto the courtyard.First Floor
The bedroom and bathroom are located on the first floor. The spacious bedroom features 2 twin beds, bedside tables, telephone and a chest of drawers, and a dressing area. Marble bathroom with separate shower and toilet.
