ProfileDuring your stay you will be living in a farmer’s house. The owners who live next door are real farmers, taking care of the olive trees, vineyards, cultivated land and of all the farming animals. They will be kindly and discretely at your disposal, should you need any help.
The farmhouse is a traditional Tuscan stone house built on a hill surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and centuries old trees, only five kilometres away from San Gimignano. The house is divided in apartments elegantly furnished in traditional Tuscan style, with exposed beams and terracotta floors. All apartments are fitted with a fully equipped kitchen and a living dining-area, and a private bathroom equipped with a shower. Open all year long,the farmhouse is an enjoyably peaceful place, ideally located for daily excursions to old historical centres such as Volterra, Siena and Florence, or simply to enjoy the traditional Tuscan food and the historical heritage of the many small villages around the area.
Completely surrounded by forests and fields the farmhouse is also an ideal base for hiking, trekking and bike excursions in the heart of Tuscany. The rooms

All bedrooms have been refurbished according to the traditional Tuscan style, with typical wood-beam ceilings and terracotta floors.
All rooms are equipped with toilette, shower and television and all have a separate entrance, which can be reached from the common eating and living area.All guests can use the outdoor space adjacent to the rooms, equipped with tables and barbecue. In each room it is possible to add a third bed.

In each of the rooms it is possible to add a third bed.The living room is elegantly furnished with a sofa, a large dining table, a fireplace and a kitchen fitted with dishwasher, fridge, coffeemaker and provided with all the required cutlery and crockery.The wide glass arched door in the living area opens onto a large lawn with table and chairs to eat outdoor, a barbecue, some deck chairs to sunbathe and a hammock to sit in the shade of the nearby pine trees. Located on the first floor, which can be entered from the external staircase, this apartment is composed of two double rooms.Each of them endowed of private bathroom facilities and of a television (it is possible to add a third bed).The living room is furnished with sofa, dining room, fireplace, a fitted kitchen complete of fridge, dishwasher, coffeemaker, cutlery and crockery.
Outside, a barbecue and a dining table to eat “al fresco” are available to our guests.
