AFFRESCO (sleep 2+2)
Apartment on two floors (groundfloor and first floor). You enter in a large living-room with a large kitchen-corner and a wonderful fireplace on top of which you may enjoy the view of an original fresco dated 1622, entitled "Cleopatra ascends the throne", recently restored (you must not forget that this apartment once belonged to a cloister!). The living-room is lighted by a very large window-door opening on a balcony from which you may enjoy the view to the Tirreno Sea of the Gulf of Follonica. In the living-room you may also find a very comfortable double sofa-bed and some stairs leading you to the first floor. On the first floor you may find a doublebedroom next to the bathroom. All rooms are very bright and well-lighted. On each floor, the ceilings are made of beams in chestnut-tree wood and of a furniture in the typical Tuscan countrystyle.
Apartment Mansarda MANSARDA(sleep 3+2)
This apartment is made of a large living-room (with a double sofa-bed), a kitchen, a bathroom (located at the top-floor), one double bedroom located at the top-floor and a gallery (intermediate floor) provided with 1 single bed. The stairs to reach the intermediate floor are located in the living area.All rooms are very bright and well-lighted thanks to many roof-windows (rooflights).The ceilings are made of beams in chestnut-tree wood and the furniture is in the typical Tuscan countrystyle.

Apartment Blu BLU (sleep 4+2)
This apartment is made of a large living-room (with a single sofa-bed), a kitchen, a bathroom, two bedrooms (one doublebed in one bedroom and 2 twin-beds in the second bedroom) and a gallery (intermediate floor) provided with 1 single bed.The stairs to reach the intermediate floor are located in the bedroom with the 2 twin-beds.
All rooms are very bright and well-lighted. The ceiling is made of beams in chestnut-tree wood and the furniture is in the typical Tuscan countrystyle.Wonderful view on the valley surrounding Scarlino and on the Tirreno Sea .
