"Primo resort", located in the higher part of the estate, in the shadow of the age-old trees, has got the most exclusive and isolated position. The cottages and the apartments are expanded around the swimming pool with a view over the tuscan countryside."Secondo resort", with the typical colours of the tuscan farms, has got rooms and apartments surrounded with olive-trees, with an equipped swimming pool, a restaurant and a bar with an outside area where you can enjoy recipes of tuscan cooking or taste one of the local wine with the “bruschetta” prepared with the olive oil of the estate.

The estate is the ideal point of departure for a visit to the naturalistic oases of which this land is rich, like the Park of Maremma, where you can see the “butteri” working with the long horns cows of Maremma.Like the nature, also the history is everywhere, from the archaeological places of Vetulonia and Roselle, where during summertime concerts and theatrical events are hold in the old marble quarries, to the medieval villages of Massa Marittima and Scarlino, where cultural events are hold in the open air.And for a well-being day, the thermal baths of Saturnia are within one hour by car.
