Farmhouse description

Location: the farmhouse is a small and cosy guest-house, looking down on the ancient city of Siena and on a beautiful panorama over the Tuscan countryside.
On the top of a hill, at only 3 Km from the historic centre of Siena, the farmhouse is the ideal place both for visiting the wonderful town of the “Palio” and for enjoying the quiet of the surrounding countryside, which belonged to the adjacent Monastery dating from the 8th century.
Accommodation: we will be glad to welcome you for pleasant sojourns in our comfortable apartments, self-sufficient and independent from the manor house.
Swimming pool: during the summer period our guest can enjoy the private swimming pool, with large lawn and panoramic view.
Garden: you may relax in the shady garden or walk along the paths of the surrounding countryside, among vineyards and olive trees.
Further services: a wood-oven and a barbecue are also available for guests (with our assistance, if needed) as well as bicycles and games for children.
What to do: it is also possible to organise guided tours to Siena, the city of the worldwide famous "Palio", and to the other many tourist-sites of our region.
Environs: located at the heart of the region, the farmhouse is also the perfect starting point for reaching the many cultural and natural treasures for which Tuscany is known such as San Gimignano, Pienza, Chianti, Siena.

Description: the apartment "Lo Spigo" (ground floor, 40 sq. m.) is ideal for a couple, with the possibility of an additional bed for a child.
Composition: it is composed of a fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom looking on the garden, living room and bathroom with bathtub and shower.

Description: the apartment "Il Timo" (first floor, 53 sq. m) has a wonderful view on Siena and the surrounding countryside.

La Malva apartment

Description: the apartments "La Malva" (ground floor, xx mq), newly refurbished, can host two persons the possibility of an additional bed for a child.
