Position: deep in the heart of the most authentic Tuscan country, Terranuova Bracciolini 1015 lies 250 metres above sea level at Pratomagno's declivity.
Located near the most famous "cities of art" in Tuscany, it is surrounded by a unique Botanik Park: the ideal place to spend an unforgettable holiday at a very special price.
Services: guests of the villa have access to a lovely swimming pool (12 m x 6 m), to the neighbouring Botanic park, which is a large English style garden in the beautiful country of Tuscany, and to private parking.
Apartments: the available appartments are spread throughout both the property's buildings: someones in Villa Della Nave - the ancient aristocratic residence - and others in Podere Valcellino - the ancient farm.
The recently restructured apartments maintain the typical Tuscan country spirit and style and are fully furnished: colour TV, washing machine, fridge, heating, bath with shower, kitchens (or cooking area).
Some apartments have a chimney and all are furnished with rustic Tuscan style and according to the architectural surroundings. The comfortable cosy rooms have a particular finish, with wooden furniture and wrought iron beds all made by the local craftsmen.
Each apartment has one or two bedrooms with a double bed.
There is also the possibility to have a sofa bed/cot if required.

The Ancient Valcellino

This structure has been completely restructured and is divided into five rental apartments of varying sizes; each apartment has a separate entrance and all of them are bright and welcoming.
In the nearby village of Cicogna (300 m) there is a snack bar, butchers and grocers.
There is also a renowned restaurant just 500 mt. away from the villa, where guests have special discounts.
Terranuova Bracciolini ni is only 2,5 km away and here you can find everything that you will need; pharmacy, travel agency, supermarket, bank, post office and restaurants. The railway station (Montevarchi) is 6 km away.
