The Farmhouse is located in a very private property (10 hectares) with private road, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, is an heaven especially for those that are looking for a quiet and safe place for the family and children. The farm produces good and organic red wine (Chianti Colli Aretini) and excellent Extra virgin olive oil, cold pressed: a welcome tasting is always offer to the guests.
The house was finely restored few years ago according the original rural style: the floors are in 'cotto toscano' (Tuscan original tiles), the sinks in the kitchen in stone or marble are century-old , the furniture are typical Tuscan with antiques pieces, all creates a warmth atmosphere for a comfortable stay.
The whole farmhouse can sleep up to 16 people, has 5 bedrooms double, 1 bedroom with twin bed, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, 7 bathrooms all with shower, a separate Laundry room.
Otherwise it's possible to rent a single portion because it is divided into four independent units, all fully equipped. Each unit has its own entrance and private space outside -all with garden furniture.
Unit AMETISTA, which is downstairs, has one double bedroom and has a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven and fridge. The inside sitting and dining area is ideal for two people. The outdoor dining area is private and pleasant.Unit OCRA, has two bedrooms and can sleep five people and has two bathrooms with shower. There are three single beds and one double bed. The attractive living area contains satellite TV (free on air). The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, cooker, oven, fridge and microwave. The inside dining area seats five people. There is a very large terrace with garden furniture suitable for outdoor dining and sunbathing.
Unit ACQUA has 3 bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms and one with 2 single beds and has 3 bathrooms with shower. The living area has satellite TV (free on air). The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge, and microwave. There is a pleasant balcony suitable for outdoor dining.Unit TERRA, which is next to AMETISTA, has one double bedroom and has a bathroom with shower. The living area has a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, and fridge. The dining area is suitable for three people. There is a pleasant private outdoor dining area.
Downstairs in a separate room there is a common laundry with washbasin, washing machine iron and iron-board. There is a freezer where guests can store frozen food.

In big parc just few steps outside the farmhouse, along the romantic stream Terranuova Bracciolini 1385, there is the beautiful swimming pool (size 12x5 m.) with sunbeds and beach-umbrellas, where with your family you could enjoy the calm atmosphere of the countryside. The size of the parc is ideal for families with children.If you are fond of pets you would enjoy the presence of our pemanent guests: three friendly dogs and several cats that will visit you for receiving a little reward or simply to be stroked. It will be like at home!A BBQ in the garden is available for our guests for cooking fantastic meals to enjoy with friends.

ACQUA can sleep six people and has three bedrooms and a large living room, dining area and full kitchen.There is a pleasant balcony suitable for outdoor dining with garden furniture, where you could enjoy, with a glass of wine, the peaceful countryside.Three bathrooms.

Unit Casa Ocra

Casa Ocra has 2 bedrooms, the attractive living area has a satellite TV, a sofa and two armchairs, the dining area can seats 5 people, the kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher.The main door opens into a big terrace (40 sqm) with a nice patio and garden furniture for outdoor meal and sunbathing.

Unit Casa Terra

TERRA sleeps 2+1 people, has a bedroom, living room with sofa bed, the dining area is suitable for three people.There is a pleasant private outdoor dining area with garden furniture.

Unit Casa Ametista

Casa Ametista has a lovely one double bedroom with bathroom en suite, the kitchen is fully equipped with a dining and sitting area which is opened into the private patio with garden furniture where you can enjoy a romantic meal or sip a glass of wine in perfect peace.

Podere il Terranuova Bracciolini 1385 offers to friends and guests the opportunity to learn how to cook delicious dishes typical of Tuscany. Indulge yourself in the Tuscan lifestyle and discover the region´s passion for good food. Marina will share original techniques, ingredients, and family recipes that have been passed down over the centuries from our grandmothers. This course is intended for those interested in learning these techniques and recipes used in the time-honored dishes which come from the beautiful river valley of the Arno. Located just 40 Km "upstream" from Florence, the "Valdarno" in itself is a microcosm of culinary delights. Meals are formed from a variety of locally-grown agricultural produce (biologic/organic when available), regional meats, legumes, and delicious cheeses, all accented with locally-grown herbs, and embellished with regional wines and olive oil.This special offer includes:
